A 3D visualization of a traditional Circassian wagon, created to honor cultural heritage.
The Circassian Carriage project is a digital reconstruction of a traditional wagon that once played an important role in Circassian daily life, travel, and trade. The model was created entirely in Blender using historical references to recreate the structure, proportions, and craftsmanship of the original vehicle. The aim of the project was to translate an important cultural artifact into a detailed digital form.
Through careful modeling and the use of PBR materials, the wagon’s wooden construction, metal components, and decorative elements were recreated to reflect the character of traditional craftsmanship. Realistic lighting and physically based rendering were used to present the model in a way that highlights both its functional design and cultural significance.
By recreating the wagon as a digital asset, the project demonstrates how 3D visualization can support cultural preservation. Digital reconstructions like this can serve as educational references, visual documentation, and interactive experiences that allow communities and researchers to explore historical objects in new ways.

To celebrate Circassian culture through 3D visualization and documentation.
The Circassian Carriage project translates a historical object into a digital medium, preserving its design and cultural meaning for future generations. By combining historical research with modern 3D modeling techniques, the project shows how digital visualization can help document traditions and make cultural heritage accessible in new and engaging ways.
